Why Mindfulness?

Struggles focusing on tasks are challenging with a distracted or ADHD brain.  These short mindfulness practices can help you clear away the excess noise & concentrate on the things that need your attention.

Emotions can get in our way of moving through our day, handling difficult situations and bouncing back from challenges.  Self-awareness of our thoughts, feelings and actions brought into focus through these practices can help re-balance when you're feeling emotionally overwhelmed.

Overwhelm & stress drive our brain & body into a danger response.  This workshop will help you create strategies for yourself that can reduce the damage and habits that help keep the danger response in check.
